3. Please note that the total capacity of each tank is 10.57Qt, but it can only hold up to 6.34Qt of water or oil because frying or cooking food, oil or soup can not be full, it will overflow!
4. Please note that after each operation, you need to wait for the temperature to decrease before cleaning. After cleaning the oil basin, wipe it dry, and the machine body needs to be wiped with some oil (not included) to maintain the machine after simple cleaning. Water stains on the body should be wiped dry!
