Open up your hand and file back and forth on this overly thick calluses. 5. Spend just a few seconds on each area – remember, the goal is maintenance, not total removal. 6. After filing, apply a small amount of the included SandBar Salve to nourish and hydrate your skin. 7. For best results, use daily or as needed to keep your calluses in peak condition. 8. Occasionally clean your file using the provided silicone scrubber (dry or with soap and water) to remove buildup.
