Finishes offered are applied to solid brass base material. Triple spring design prevents lever sag and insures lever return and function for years to come. Privacy button pushes in to lock and automatically releases when the interior lever is turned. This set will fit standard doors having 2-1/8 inch cross bore hole and 1 inch latch hole. Passage tubular latch has a 2-3/8 inch backset (backset is the distance from the edge of the door to the center of the cross-bore hole). 2-3/4 inch backset set is also available but listed separately. Two sizes are available to fit either 1-3/8 inch or 1-3/4 inch thick doors. Matching passage and dummy sets are also available.
