- Durable & Secure: This t-handle door lock and spring gate pin latches are made of industrial-grade steel and die cast zinc alloy with no plastic parts, ensuring long-lasting durability and resistance to damage. Black powder coating is weather resistant (hurricanes, salt spray etc).
- Easy Install: Includes front T-handle, back D-handle, 4 keys (keyed alike for convenience), 2 screws, 1 Allen wrench, 2 spring gate pin latch. Pre-drilled center holes 7/8”, and simplify installation in 5–10 minutes.
- Note: Requires 3/8-inch drill bit for initial t-lock screw holes (if not replacing an existing lock). Test t-handle rotation (counterclockwise 90° to lock) before final tightening.
