Switch to ICE CREAM MODE and unleash your creativity. Craft rich ice cream, tangy frozen yogurt, vibrant sorbet, creamy gelato, or dairy-free delights, then customize every batch to your taste. Blend in fresh fruit, nuts, chocolate chips, or spices to create from classic to adventurous flavors.
HOW TO USE SHAVE ICE MODE
1. Fill the lce Mold with water or flavored ice base mixture up to the fill line, affix the lid, then freeze for 12-24 hours.
2. To achieve ideal shave ice results, rest the ice at room temperature for about 10 minutes before shaving
3. Attach the lce Cup Pusher to the Main Housing, then lift the Upper Lever of the Main Housing until you hear a “click”.
4. Attach the Blade to the lce cup, then insert a prepared lce Puck into the lce Cup with the cross hatches facing up
5. Attach the lce cup to the Main Housing by aligning the Lock symbol with the Shaved lce Symbol, then pull the Switch to lock the ice.
6. Attach the unit to the Mixer, then set the mixer to the highest speed to begin shaving.
HOW TO USE ICE CREAM MODE
1. Freeze the Bowl in the freezer for at least 24 hours before use.
2. Insert the Dasher into the Bowl,then attach the Pouring Shield to the Bowl.
3. Attach the Pouring shield and the Bowl to the Main Housing by aligning the Lock Symbol with the lce Cream Symbol, then attach the unit to the Mixer.
4. Set mixer to speed 3~5, then pour the ice cream batter into the Bowl (Max 8oz to prevent overflow), mix 20~30 minutes.
5. You can add any solid ingredients such as fruits,nuts,candies, or chocolate chips,after 12~15 minutes of the mixing process.
6. Detach the Bowl, then remove the Dasher and, using a plastic or wooden spoon.
