How to keep food warm/cool better:

2. Usually, the bottom layer is the best for heat preservation. It is recommended to put liquid food such as soup or porridge on the bottom layer to keep the temperature balance between the three layers of food.
Factors affecting the insulation effect:
1. Quantity of food: If the food is less than 3/4 of the insulated lunch box, it may reduce the heat preservation ability.
2. The temperature of the food: the higher the initial temperature, the more effective the insulation will be.
3. Tightness of the lid: After putting in the food, be sure to tighten the lid to achieve the best heat preservation effect.
