1. Heat water to a boil. 2. Add 1-2 teaspoons of Zeeza hibiscus flowers per 8 ounces of water. 3. Steep for 5-10 minutes, depending on desired strength. 4. Strain and enjoy hot or over ice. 5. For kombucha, follow your kombucha recipe, substituting Zeeza hibiscus flowers for tea. 6. For karkadé, use 1 cup of hibiscus flowers per 1 gallon of water, bring to a boil, then simmer for 15-20 minutes. Strain and sweeten to taste.
