Apply heat with household iron or hair dryer and apply pressure while cooling. Then simply trim with utility knife or similar.
*Colors are standard commodity matches to popular high pressure plastic laminates and melamine panel colors. Most are based on Formica brand products, but work for other colors too. You can reference Formica sample chips for color.
