1. Return Eligibility

As we sell electronics, home appliances, kitchen items, patio products, storage solutions, and tools, product condition and safety are very important.

You may request a return if:

You received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item
The product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging
The return request is submitted within 7 days of delivery

Items not eligible for return:

Used, installed, or modified items
Products without original packaging or valid proof of purchase
Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable”

2. Return Process

To start a return, please follow these steps:

- Your order number
- Reason for return
- Clear photos of the product (if applicable)
Our support team will review your request and, if approved, provide return instructions.
Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will process a refund or replacement.

Important Information:

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, unless the return is due to our error.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
Please allow 5–10 business days after inspection for the refund to be processed.
