Directions
Stand upright with your arms relaxed at your sides. The top of the handle should align with the crease in your wrist. Loosen the adjustment knob/screw, remove the pin, raise or lower the handle to the correct height, and then re-insert the pin and tighten the knob securely to prevent wobbling. Ensure both handles are at the same height. When gripping the handles, your elbows should have a slight bend of about 15–20 degrees.
