Made from all-natural bamboo, Helen Chen’s Steamer is sturdy, durable, safe for use with non-stick cookware. To help keep Steamer cleaner and foods from sticking, use Helen’s Asian Kitchen Steamer Liners. Simply place liner inside steamer and add foods to be cooked; use 2 or more liners to cover the bottom of larger steamers. Quickly convert stockpots or Dutch ovens to accommodate 10-inch bamboo steamers using Helen’s Steaming Ring and free up woks and stir fry pans for other cooking tasks. Simply set the Steaming Ring over a stockpot of boiling water. Place the 10-inch bamboo steamer on top and cook foods according to recipe. Do not allow pot to boil dry.
