Common Machine Faults and Troubleshooting
(1)Unable to transfer coin: First, remove the coin dispenser for inspection
(2)Check if the coins and currency values set on this machine have been invested.
(3)Check if there are any other debris or coins stuck inside the front and back of the coin slot.
(4)After eliminating the above doubts, if there are still problems, the coin dispenser needs to be returned to the factory for repair or video guided maintenance.
(5)After the coin is thrown and rotated, sometimes the ball may not drop out, please throw a few more coins to try the spin.
(6)If the ball drops out normally, there is no problem. It is only an occasional empty goal, which is normal;
(7)If the ball does not drop out continuously, it may be due to debris or broken balls blocking the 6-hole movement of the machine. Remove all balls and clean the debris inside the chassis.
(8)If the ball does not drop out occasionally, please check if the ball hole and leakage hole of the movement are aligned up and down, and use your hand to move them back to their original position.
