Directions
1. Tear off a piece of floss about 18 inches long. 2. Wind most of the floss around each middle finger. 3. Hold the floss tightly between your thumbs and forefingers. 4. Gently slide the floss between your teeth, curving it against the tooth surface. 5. Move the floss up and down against the side of each tooth, including the back of the last tooth. 6. Curve the floss into a C shape around each tooth and gently slide it under the gumline. 7. Repeat for all teeth, using a clean section of floss for each tooth. 8. Dispose of the floss pick after use.
