Q1: My steam frother leaks steam out of the top of the frother. How do I fix this?
--Clean it extensively by soaking it in vinegar. Make sure it's not cracked or screwed in too much.
Q2: I took my frother off to Clean it and now I can't put it on again. Is there another piece between the frother and metal that could fall off?
--What works best for me is to start the assembling process VERY slowly and gently. The tricky part is getting the frother to catch correctly. It seems to work well if i have the piece just barely touch the bottom of the metal rod when screwing it on, then almost let the two pieces find themselves and catch.
