HandWeight – Original Open-Palm Hand Weight – Handmade in USA
- PLEASE MEASURE BEFORE ORDERING – Available in five sizes from X-Small to X-Large. Measure the width of the hand across the knuckles, excluding the thumb, and compare your measurement with the sizing chart. If between two sizes, choose the larger size for a proper fit.
- FOR PEOPLE EXPERIENCING HAND TREMORS – The HandiThings HandWeight provides comfortable weighted input while leaving the palm free for everyday activities such as eating, writing and other hand tasks. Its open-palm design allows natural use of the fingers and hand.
- PROPRIOCEPTIVE & SENSORY INPUT – Provides gentle weighted input for sensory, fine motor and hand activities at home, school or in therapy settings. Useful for handwriting, fine motor activities and other tasks requiring hand participation.
- ORIGINAL OPEN-PALM DESIGN – Designed by the company’s founder, a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA). The weighted pouch rests on the back of the hand and is secured with finger loops and an adjustable wrist closure, keeping the palm completely open.
- HANDMADE IN THE USA – Each HandiThings HandWeight is handmade in the USA using durable compression jersey fabric, lead-free steel shot, reinforced stitching and an adjustable hook-and-loop wrist closure. Designed for comfortable everyday use.
