- All coolies must have the same design, we cannot print different names or designs on each for packs, to do this you would have to purchase and design each individually
- Multi-color printing allows us to print nearly any design, the better your uploaded image quality the better the print result will be
- Uploaded images (if needed) should be high quality, we will print them as you designed to the best of our ability, we will not communicate or send a design proof unless there is a problem. A png with transparent background is preferred if you have text or a design with blank areas
- Please do not upload screen shots or ask us to create designs from scratch based on your notes (minor edits or requests may be okay), use the designer to make the product appear exactly as you want us to print it and we will contact you if there are any issues with doing so
