Please note that the 12 volt 1A power adapter is not included and must be purchased separately. When the temperature inside the junction box is above or equal to the start temperature, the fan will activate to quickly remove heat from the junction box, preventing excessive temperatures that could cause the unit to malfunction or operate improperly. When the temperature drops to the stop temperature, the fan stops running.
