Professional Damascus chef knives are expensive to forge; so daily maintenance and use become very important.
Please wash it with water after each use, dry it and put it in a dry and ventilated place (you can apply knife oil on the overlay of the knife); the dirt or water left behind may wear out the blade.
Daily into the pass cutting easily caused by wear and tear; if the knife is dull, please use a professional grinding stone to polish; can extend the time of the knife.
Please do not cut bones or hard foods.
