Advanced Material & Methods used in CPL Frame
Precision Machined Frame
The frame of CPL is made of aerospace grade Aluminum AL6061 which allow high precision CNC machining. This helps to get almost perfect fit to your dashcam.
Sand-Blasting & Anodizing
To make it easy to rotate, a mild texture is provided on the CPL frame using advanced sand-blasting technique. Also, the surface is anodized black (not painted) for jet black colour on frame which will never fade out in direct sun.

High Quality Polarizer & Glass Materials
Multi Layer Sandwiched Lens

A-Grade polarizer film ensures optimal glare and reflection reduction. It has very long life and wont get damaged even after years of direct exposure to direct sunlight.

CPL Filter Installation Steps
Align the mark on CPL with the center of lens
Please align the arrow mark provided on the CPL filter with the center of the dashcam lens housing.
Press fit the CPL to the dashcam
Press the CPL in its position so that the lens housing is properly fitted with CPL filter. It is designed on tighter side to ensure that it does not fall off when driving on bad roads, so, please ensure the lens housing is fully into the CPL frame.
Make adjustments & Clean the CPL Glass
If you want to further improve the polarization effect, rotate the CPL slightly clockwise & anticlockwise to find the best position. Clean the CPL glass and enjoy superior video footage.
CPL Filter Compatibility
May not work well with sun-films
CPL filter works best with ordinary windshield glass as provided by the car manufacturer. If you have applied sun-film on the windshield, the performance of CPL filter can be deteriorated or it may lead to rainbow effect in videos.
Does not work with rear cams
CPL filter is designed to work with front dashcam with primary objective of reducing the reflections from dashboard and road surfaces. It is not compatible with any rear cams, so ,we don't recommend purchasing it for rear cam fitment.
May not reduce headlight glare at night
During night, there could be glare caused due to headlight of vehicles coming from the front. CPL may control this to some extent but it is not advisable to install a CPL with primary objective of controlling this issue.
