1).The product is special designed shorter than the original Pod in height, to avoid damaging the blade plate of the machine.
If your machine unable to close easily, please try to tip the bottom of the pod down firstly, put the lid parts angled
up, and slowly close the machine.
2).Fill the pod with fine ground coffee of choice. (fresh dark roasted espresso grounds the best) The coffee cream is
effected by the quality and freshness of the espresso grinds you choose.

This item was design to solve save money and eco-friendly,but some customers meet the coffee is tasteless,no water out from machine
or just less water when use the capsule pod, maybe here is the reasons:
1.) Coffee powder you use is too fine
2.) Put too much powder
3.) Too tight of the powder you press
4.) The the filter net or the water outlet is blocked.Please take pod out and adjust.
5.) The capsule is not compatible with the machine.(Order it before confirm your coffee machine if Compatible for or not!)
