These English Plate Hangers have been tested and proven for generations. Use them to hang porcelain, china, earthenware, glass and unvarnished wood. Display your artwork, plates, platters, trays, trivets, chargers, decorative crafts, and three-dimensional decorative items on your walls. The discs are unaffected by normal fluctuations in household temperature and humidity. The discs should not be used outside, in excessively humid areas like saunas or directly over stoves. The discs should not be used on raised lettering, painted surfaces, metals or where you want to preserve a paper label. To preserve a paper label, to view writing or to hang heavier plates you may use two small plate hangers attached to the edge outside the foot of the plate with picture hanging wire between them. You can use more than one hanger to hang larger and heavier items.
