- 8MM BORE: These u-groove pulleys have a finished bore, or center hole, that is machined to a 8 mm diameter to mount the pulley on a shaft of 8 mm diameter. The accurate bore size ensures no wobble or offset during high-speed rotation, delivering stable running performance and effortless bolt-on replacement for most standard mounting shafts.
- 34 MM OD: 34 mm outer diameter pulley body provides optimal contact area for wire rope traction and linear sliding. Balanced wheel size reduces per-unit pressure, minimizes abrasion, and extends the overall service life of both the pulley and matched cables.
- 6.4 MM GROOVE WIDE: Built with 6.4mm wide and 4.5mm deep u-groove with standard radian structure, firmly locks wire ropes in position. Effectively prevents rope slipping, derailment and friction damage, ensures smooth, safe lifting and sliding operation for long-term continuous use.
- DOUBLE SHIELDED: Pulleys with a ball bearing are easier to turn than pulleys without a bearing. Pulleys with double shielded bearings block out dust and other contaminants. These pulleys are used to assist with horizontal pulling or to guide a rope, wire or cable.
