If your heating pad has a removable / washable fabric cover: (if no cover, skip to step 4) 1. Lay the fabric cover on a flat surface with the printing face down. 2. Insert the pad into the cover completely. Make sure the cord and switch remain on the outside of the cover. 3. The pad will lie flat, filling the entire cover. WARNING: NEVER USE THE HEATING PAD WITHOUT THE FABRIC COVER. 4. Plug into any 120 volt AC electrical outlet and turn the switch to the ON position. 5. Select desired heat and/or massage level. To turn OFF, scroll through the remaining heat and/or massage settings by pressing the buttons sequentially. 6. Wait for the pad to heat up. 7. Avoid sitting on or crushing pad. Avoid folding during use
