Featuring shear-cut bolt cutters blades, the wire stripping tool helps in clipping the outer covering to remove excess wire jacket. Equipped with a plier nose, this stripping tool helps to hold, twist, and strip electrical wire. The reflex cable stripper has looping holes to loop wire for screw-on connections. Tough steel construction of this wire stripper is topped with black oxide finish to offer corrosion resistance.
In 1916, J. Walter Becker started the Ideal Commutator Dresser Company of Chicago from his mother's kitchen. He manufactured commutator dresser stones with the belief that every product should be worth more than the price paid for it. Service, he said, was part of the product. That idea has been the core IDEAL business principle for over 90 years. Today, the many loyal distributors and customers that make IDEAL successful are a testament to Becker's original philosophy. The Ideal 45-621 T-Stripper strips NM 12/2 and 14/2 sheath and wire and also strips and cuts NM cable sheath and conductors. It cleanly removes NM cable jackets with no slitting required. Also it strips, cuts and loops conductor wires with precision and ease which saves time and effort.
