At Qahwa - Our cold brew coffee maker infuses practicality with beautiful design. The slow extract process releases the natural aromatic flavours of the coffee. This makes the coffee less acidic than regular coffee. The simplicity of the procedure makes it easy to brew excellent coffee at the comforts of your home.
Cold Brew Coffee Instructions
Prepare - Remove filter from glass pitcher and fill the filter with medium - coarse ground coffee. Add more or less coffee accordingly to the strength desired. Fill glass pitcher with 32 ounces of water.
Brew - Screw filter back on to the lid and insert inside the glass pitcher. Tighten lid and gently shake. Refrigerate overnight or up to 48 hours, stir occasionally for optimal flavour. Remove filter once desired strength is achieved, and dispose coffee remains. The longer it is left to brew, the stronger the coffee.
Serve - You can now enjoy your delicious cold brewed coffee, hot or cold. Add ice, milk or sweetener as desired.
Store - Keep coffee concentrate refrigerated, stays fresh for up to two weeks.
Cleaning - Rinse out filter with warm water after every use.
