Turning on the power of the product, the built-in motor will spin quickly and make a loud sound. this is normal phenomenon. After few time, the sound will decrease.
Check whether the power supply is connected properly. After power on, press the AUTO mode. As long as the indicator light is on, it is normal. If it is not on, it means that the laser is damaged and needs to be replaced in time.
Check the bulb and replace it if damaged.
