How to use the EZ Flow Fryer Oil Filter bag: To use the filter, firstly drain the dirty oil into the MirOil Stainless Steel Fryer Oil Pot (Available from FryOilSaver.com) and then clean out the fryer compartment. Next, place the filter frame over the top of the fryer unit, then pour the dirty oil back into the fryer, via the filter, i.e. pour it through the filter. The oil will then slowly filter/clean, draining into the fryer unit.
