Directions
1. Take a piece of floss about 18 inches long. 2. Wrap it around your middle fingers, leaving about 2 inches between your hands. 3. Hold the floss tightly between your thumbs and forefingers. 4. Gently insert the floss between your teeth, using a back-and-forth motion. 5. Curve the floss around the base of each tooth, making sure you go beneath the gumline. 6. Move the floss up and down to remove plaque and food particles. 7. Repeat this process for each tooth, including the back of your last molars.
