How to lower high CO2 levels?

Critical note: Standard air purifiers do not lower CO2.
What should I do if the product cannot connect to WiFi?
First, make sure the app has been updated to the latest version, and then connect the product to a 2.4GHz Wi-Fi instead of 5GHz Wi-Fi.
How can I connect with other smart products?
